To find this information go to General > Settings > About Sync > Should be on Top. TAKE A PICTURE AND SEND IT TO ME TO MAKE SURE ALL INFO IS CORRECT. THANKS
Install Process:
All you need to do is turn your car on. Unplug all your items connected to your USB pots before you start. Turn off your Bluetooth on your cell phone if you have it near you. plug the USB Drive into your USB Port and it will update your system. Leave it plugged in for an estimated 30 Minutes. Screen will turn green when finished, at that point remove USB, wait for system to reset fully and you should {DO A MASTER RESET UNDER SETTINGS) This will clear all previous settings, This will make sure you start fresh. (IF YOUR SYSTEM IS RUNNING GOOD THE RESET IS OPTIONAL) then you will be all good!
Takes a few minutes to fully reset and recognize your modules! You will have to re-connect your cellphone to the SYNC 3.4
V3.4 Build 23188 as of 07/07/2023. supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay! Alongside Type C Technology! Will run and work faster more responsive, If you have version 3.3 and under you need this update. Most
likely your navigation is out of date also. SYNC 3 was programed for auto updates but it doesn't update on it's own.
